Armería: versionar la caché del visor de modelos (wmmv-cache)

Se sube la caché en disco (live/, icons/, spellicons/, achievements/) para no depender de que wowhead/zamimg siga sirviendo los assets: aunque el código la repuebla bajo demanda, lo ya descargado queda respaldado en el repo.
